Shipping methods

We are not able to ship orders during 19.8. - 24.8.2022 Please note this when placing an order. Thank you for your patience!

All our products are shipped within 1-3 business days, usually on the next day. Currently, we are using Finnish Postal Service (POSTI) to ship all our orders. For domestic (Finland) orders you can choose to ship 1. Posti Parcel locker (Postin automaatti) 2. Posti pickup point (Postin noutopiste).

All shipments will be shipped to the nearest service point. The standard shipping fee is currently: 6,90 euros and will be paid during checkout. Normal delivery times in Finland are usually 1-5 business days.

We are currently working to negotiate and open other possibilities for domestic (Finland) and international orders.

Payment

You can easily pay with Visa-, Visa Debit, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard cards. We also accept payments through Apple Pay.

Returns and refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means if you are not completely in love with your bag you can always send it back within 14 days of ordering it. All returned items must be unused and sent back in its original packaging.

Due to our small size we are not currently offering free returns. Therefore, you need to make a new shipment for the return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us (info@suoja.cc) and explain why you are not happy with it. We are constantly trying to improve, so your opinion really matters. After you email, we will provide you all shipping details for the return.

We will make the refund as soon as possible as your package is accepted and received. Currently, we are not offering a refund for the postal fee. Once the package has been accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your original payment method. Thanks!
